BROADBAND
User name and password can be found in the living room on the router.
BED LINEN / TOWELS
All textiles are in white color, important to remember is to only wash these textiles with white garments during your stay with us. Upon departure, all textiles are sent to a laundry and reused.
FUSE/PLUG FOR ELECTRICAL CENTER
If a fuse/plug breaks in your home, you will find new fuses in the kitchen cupboard. Just replace the broken fuse/plug by unscrewing the old one and then screwing on a new one. You can tell which plug/fuse is broken by the small colored dot at the end that has come off. The electrical diagram is located in the electrical panel and refers to which room all fuses/plugs go to.
WASTE
We cater for combustible and food waste to the left of the property as you exit the gate. The bins are labeled
“Örabergsvägen 24-26”. Other waste such as glass bottles, metal, batteries, corrugated cardboard is disposed of at a recycling station. You will find the nearest station with the address: Kopparbergsvägen 37, 772 30 Grängesberg.
SMOKING
Total ban on smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed on the balcony or outside the entrance at least 10 meters from the door.
FIRE ALARM
The fire alarm is located in the living room. If the battery runs out, the fire alarm will beep from time to time. Remove and fault report this through the telephone exchange. We will arrange a day with you and come and change to a new battery and put back the fire alarm.
MOVING OUT
-All keys must remain in the home except the key used to lock the home. The key is left in the corresponding mailbox located in the stairwell inside the gate. The tenant must inform the landlord of the day on which the key was left.
-Removal cleaning is charged on an ongoing basis. When moving out, the tenant must throw away all garbage, personal belongings and food in the fridge/freezer.
-If something is broken in the apartment, you as a tenant are obliged to inform us in good time so that we have the opportunity to repair or replace the broken item before the next tenant comes in.
